About HASANI
HASANI is Humans And Software Application, Navigating Innovation — a name that's also our operating principle.
Our story
HASANI started in 2019 when three engineers, tired of watching agencies hand off software nobody could maintain, began taking on freelance builds with one rule: leave every client with a system they actually understand.
That rule scaled with us. Today we’re a full engineering and design studio, but the standard hasn’t moved — every project still gets documentation, architecture reviews, and a team that answers the phone after launch.
2019
Started as a three-person studio taking on freelance web builds.
2021
Delivered a platform rebuild for a healthcare network, our first multi-year engagement.
2023
Formalized a dedicated team for LLM integration and applied machine learning.
2025
Grew into a full-stack partner for startups through enterprises across six industries.
Build modern, scalable, and intelligent software solutions that empower businesses through innovation, automation, and exceptional user experiences.
A future where every growing business has access to the kind of engineering judgment that used to be reserved for companies who could afford an in-house team of twenty.
Core values
Software exists to help people do their work better. We measure success by that, not by feature count.
Decisions are backed by evidence — user research, load tests, and data — not by whoever argues loudest.
If a timeline slips or an approach won't work, you hear it in the next standup, not the final invoice.
We document decisions and avoid clever-for-its-own-sake code, because someone else maintains this after we're gone.
Culture
Not a perks list — the operating details that shape how projects go.
The team works across time zones with core overlap hours reserved for collaboration and demos.
Projects are staffed with 2-5 senior engineers and designers, not a rotating cast of juniors.
You're never billed for ramp-up. The team studies your codebase before the clock starts.
Work with us
A 20-minute call tells us both more than a proposal ever will.
